Just like in the picture. It has on and off button. The size is perfect for carrying it anywhere. I 've tried it a little and the truth is, it works. It gets hot right away. I don't think it's the right thing to straighten all your hair (it would take too long) or to use it daily. But for point things (travel for example) or to correct something I think is perfect.
